Requirements/Job Duties

Engagement Manager 

Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Manage assigned customer base to achieve growth and gross margin projections 

  • Be the first point of contact with clients, and build and maintain positive relationships with clients during the duration of the contract

  • Assess the clients’ ongoing needs and identify customer requirements 

  • Qualify scope and design for new projects for new and existing accounts

  • Create and implement relevant and accurate proposals, action plans, review initiatives on current and future projects

Inside Sales Administrator 

Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day sales operations process and procedures for the Inside Sales Team, and as necessary, the Account Managers

  • Collaborate with various internal teams (Engineering, Credit and Collections, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing teams) to execute the quote to ordering processes for the BlackHawk Data sales operation

  • Assist the BlackHawk Data Inside Sales Team in supporting our customer base through customer service-related activities

  • Prepare and manage the generation of quotations within corporate quoting tool  for identified opportunities

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products and services

  • Update and maintain customer records within the sales database, including collecting client contact and demographic information

  • Provide customers with up-to-date status and tracking details for urgent product needs

  • Manage the generation and distribution of customer-related reports documenting quoting and sales activity, order shipment and delivery information, and invoicing status

  • Coordinate the procurement of equipment for internal lab and demo purposes

  • Communicate with manufacturer and vendor partners to provide deal status and confirmation details

  • Work with Inside Sales Team and Project Management Team on product status reports for on-going projects

NOC Network Engineer 

Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Accurately identify and resolve failures and potential issues while maintaining accurate documentation and executing maintenance and administrative activities on managed service client’s environment

  • Respond and resolve client’s requests within SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

  • Perform daily preventative maintenance checks and services on managed devices in client infrastructure

  • Open, track and close service tickets

  • Answer incoming calls and monitor various e-mail accounts and act according to NSOC procedures and processes

  • Interface with field personnel to verify repairs and testing systems

  • Help identify recurring system performance issues

  • Provide performance reporting on managed service devices

  • Work directly with other NOC Engineers for issue resolution

  • Provide direct communication to affected users and companies on outages and maintenance activities

  • Maintain detailed notes within ticketing systems on all issue resolution activities

NOC Systems Engineer 

Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Perform problem analysis and systems monitoring, server OS and hardware maintenance, and physical and virtual hardware resource administration

  • Utilize various network tools for monitoring and testing the network and associated devices

  • Work with engineers regarding monitoring alerts and client issues

  • Provide assistance to identify and troubleshoot Windows, mail delivery and network-related problems

  • Provide weekend and off-hours support, as needed

  • Conduct proactive systems maintenance for client servers

  • Contact clients and internal staff about monitoring events as needed

  • Manage outage communications between client and vendors/customers
