BlackHawk Data was founded in 2018 by CEO Maryann Pagano and co-founder Jason Caparoso on a simple idea: bring together the right people to solve real problems and deliver real results. Under Maryann's leadership the company has grown to more than 65 employees, headquartered in New York City with offices on Long Island, a warehouse and staging facility in New Jersey, and a 24x7 Network Operations Center that supports clients nationwide.
We are certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise nationally through WBENC and by states, cities, counties and public authorities from New York to Tennessee. For the agencies and prime contractors we work with, that means our scope counts toward M/WBE utilization goals, subcontracting plans and supplier-diversity commitments.
